I would like to see where my sequence would be placed on the trees generated by TreeFam. Can I add my data to the analysis somewhere?

Hi Jen,
thanks for your suggestion.
In fact, we would like to see that feature in TreeFam as well.
That's why we are currently benchmarking different tools (RAxML-EPA, PAGAN) to insert
a sequence into a reference tree.
Once we have found a winner, we will add this feature to the website.
Let us know if you want to see other features in TreeFam!
