Which identifiers are used in TreeFam?

TreeFam uses protein identifiers from Ensembl, Ensembl genomes, Wormbase and [JGI](http://genome.jgi.doe.gov).

For your convenience, we offer a mapping file called ENS2allIDs.tab.tar.gz in our download section.
