How do I find the orthologs / paralogs / etc. of gene X?

Use the search box on the top right corner and paste in your gene identifier.
TreeFam should automatically recognise this ID and provide all homologs found in TreeFam.

Note: It might happen that the used ID is either not mappable to an ID used by TreeFam or does not have homologs (because e.g. it is an orphan gene).
